"I do not cook."
"I am not a cook."
"Tyler does the cooking in our household."
"Tyler and I learned a long time ago that if I try to do the cooking it is a waste of our food, money, time, and energy resources."
"I hate cooking."

One of our favorite aspects of coaching is the moment when people DECIDE that they are going to try something new. It's a big deal for most people to get out of their comfort zones, take a risk, and approach a part of their lifestyle differently.
We've found that this is particularly true in the area of romantic relationships. What's often the case is that one person wants to try something new,...
On Sunday night, Tyler and I got a text from one of our most recent Couples Connection couples. It's a photo of their love jars that they created after doing Module 4. This is why we love what we do!

From old to young, work colleagues to family members, bosses to employees....what we’ve seen across the board is that 2020 has opened up a whole lot of relationship cans of worms!
And that's okay. In fact, often times....it's healthy.
